Free online spelling check using Google Docs.

If you are looking for a quick way to check your spelling or simple grammar in English (UK), then I have just the thing for you.

As a blogger, I write a few blog posts each week containing anything from 100 to 1000 words.  I am not the best at writing but thankfully I can get my spelling checked for free.

I have created a simple blank document in Google Docs which has the spelling and grammar check enabled.  Also, I have chosen English (United Kingdom) as the language.

You can also check the spelling in other languages.  Just head to File then Language and select the one you require.

Whether you are a student drafting an essay, a blogger like me or just want to check a couple of sentences, feel free to add the text into this document.

The link takes you to a Google Docs page which I have shared.  Any incorrectly spelt words will be highlighted.

Simply type onto the document or copy and paste some text and any spelling errors should be identified.  There is also a handy word counter if you need to know how many words you have typed.  This can be found in the Tools section.

If you are not convinced or happy with the outcome of the Google Docs spell checker, I will put your text into a blank Word document and highlight any errors for you using Word.

Feel free to contact me.

I hope you find this free spell check useful.
